No call button, just walked out and closed the door. On finding me on the floor later apologized over and over.Three more emergency surgery's and complete blood transfusion later,Im alive,Then the lies started, wow what a surprise.!!!! They stole my life with a tardy half a job.Be where, all who Trust this lot.October 17 still not one bit of assistance from this lot of scum.Jan Lloyd the second in charge of the hospital told us a bear faced lie, that she would advise us of her findings in a week. That was in March. The same lies that she would see me "this afternoon" when my doctor asked her to come explain why her staff left me. Never turned up. People dont matter your just a $$$$.

Great bunch of people, from the wardens, to nurses and doctors. My boy broke his arm a couple of weeks ago, and he is still talking about the people he met that fixed him up! Thank you all for making him feel so comfortable.

The lower ground wards are third world category and NOT the standard of a private hospital!

I had a ceasrian here and stayed 5 nights. The staff and nurses were so lovely and helpful to me when i needed it. The food was delicious and fresh i didnt have one bad meal. My room was always cleaned everyday. I was sad the day i had to leave. Great hospital.

I walked into Pindara in January came out in June a paraplegic. The result of negligence. Not a happy client, taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from my insurance company, Im good on the bottom line.Still need at least another six months rehabilitation to learn how to walk again. At my expense plus equipment for home,my expense.Sent me home with nothing even had to pay for the maxi taxi. Have withheld my medical records until Monday next, what's being hidden. You bet Im not happy. This hospital cant be trusted in my view. To much Ego going on,little tin gods.Wrote to the new Ramsey CEO no reply nothing, not even an apology. One of the two nurses who sat me up on the side of the bed, left me

My step Dad is currently a patient with top health cover and I would NEVER recommend anyone go here!. They are understaffed and the Drs have extremely poor bedside manners! He has had a large wound caused by a nurse ripping off a dressing and taking half his arm skin with it!

August 2017 my partner went in for shoulder surgery whilst the 24 hours + he was there had the worst experience for a private hospital. I stayed most of the time with him and stayed over night. Nurses took over 20 minutes to respond to his calls and there were poor communication between patient and nurse. Not knowing how long it will take til the next person comes in or when the physio will visit.

Worst of all, we asked one of the day nurses if I was allowed to stay over night (thinking like over private hospitals it shouldn't be too much of a hassle as i would either stay on the couch or sleep in the bed with my partner) the kind day nurse said it was fine. Around 11:30pm another nurse comes barging in and asked if I was staying. Half asleep my partner replies yes and she said I had to do a $130 payment per night. Around 1:30am another lady came in to grab my card details and around 2:30am the extra bed arrived. Thinking logically: if I had to pay (which wasn't an issue) then why wouldn't the first nurse meantion it, instead of saying 'as long as you don't throw and parties it should be fine' and then have a rude bitchy nurse come in once the whole day has passed to force me to do the payments so late at night.
